Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ScoutEdge, a personal scouting log and research tool for sports bettors. Read them carefully. Using the service means you accept them.

21+ only · Not a sportsbook

01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using ScoutEdge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02Service Description

ScoutEdge is a scouting log and research tool. It lets a user record pre-game observations ("flags") on sporting events, maintain a personal hit-rate record, and view publicly-available sports data (schedules, lines, weather) to inform their own research.

ScoutEdge is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, settle bets, or facilitate gambling of any kind. Odds and lines shown in the Service are informational, sourced from public feeds, and may be delayed or inaccurate. Any actual wagering happens off-platform, through licensed operators chosen by the user, at the user's sole discretion and risk.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to use sports-information and gambling-adjacent services in your jurisdiction to use ScoutEdge. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:
